A north-westerly current at high altitude draws Atlantic air masses towards the northern side of the Alps. South Tyrol will be downwind with more favourable conditions.

North-westerly currents will persist at high altitudes in the Alps. The Föhn will continue to blow on the southern side.

Alternating sunshine and clouds. Towards the south, there will be more sunshine, while the border ridge will be covered in thick cloud. The Föhn wind will blow in the Vinschgau and upper Eisack valley.

On Wednesday, after the local fog clears, the weather will be very sunny with mostly clear skies. Thursday will also be sunny with some high clouds and spring-like temperatures.
