Price information and supplements

• For stays of fewer than 3 nights, a supplement of € 5 per person per night applies.
• A supplement of € 52 applies for the night of 31 December to 1 January.
• Single room supplement: € 25 per night.
• Your room will be available from 2PM on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11AM at the latest.
• A local tourist tax of € 3.30 per person per night is charged in South Tyrol (children under the age of 14 are exempt).

Children's Rates

Children sharing a room with two full-paying adults receive the following discounts:

• up to 2.99 years: 100%
• up to 5.99 years: 80%
• up to 12.99 years: 50%
• from 13 years: 30%

Dogs

We charge € 15 per night for your four-legged friend. For stays of 7 nights or more, a flat rate of € 90 applies, while stays of 10 nights or more are charged at a flat rate of € 120. Dog food is not included.
Dog Sitting: Enjoy some relaxing time while your four-legged friend is in good hands. Upon request, we will be happy to arrange a caring Dog Sitter for € 10 per hour.

Prices and payment conditions

Payment can be made in cash, by debit card or credit card (excluding Diners Club and American Express), as well as with Bitcoin or Tether. 
In the event of cancellation or failure to honour a reservation, European travel regulations apply. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect both you and us against financial losses. 
In the event of cancellation by the guest or the person making the booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation made at least 30 days before arrival are free of charge;
• Cancellation up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation up to 8 days before the scheduled arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of early departure: 70% of the agreed total price.

Wiesenhof Travel Protection

We are pleased to offer our Wiesenhof Travel Protection for € 5 per person per night of your stay, available to guests aged 14 and over.
This travel protection covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death affecting the insured person, their children, parents or grandparents.
